Yes it certainly can! To use the Infrared Heat Belt on the go, simply connect the belt to any standard portable power bank/charger, and follow the steps displayed on the instruction manual which show you how to connect the belt to your portable charger.

This allows you to use the belt without being plugged into a wall (going outside, in the car, etc).
